2 Account Registration & Verification

To register an account on h55, you must provide accurate and complete information. Each individual may operate only one account. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed.

You will be required to provide the following information accurately at the time of registration:

• Your full name (as it appears on your National ID)
• Active mobile number
• Date of birth (for age verification)
• Valid email address

H55 follows a KYC (Know Your Customer) process. You may be asked to submit a copy of your National ID or passport before making a withdrawal or when processing high-value transactions. All submitted information is kept strictly secure and confidential, and is used solely for verification purposes.

3 Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals

• Bonuses can only be used on h55's own games.
• Each bonus has a specific wagering requirement — typically 15 to 30 times the bonus amount.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement has been met.
• The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once.
• Expired bonuses will be automatically cancelled.
• H55 reserves the right to forfeit bonuses and any associated winnings in cases of suspected bonus abuse.

5 Betting Rules

Certain fundamental rules apply to both Sports Betting and casino games on h55. These rules are the same for all users and are designed to ensure a fair gaming environment.

• Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a bet is left incomplete due to a technical issue, h55 will investigate and make a final decision.

• Bets may be voided if match-fixing or manipulation is suspected.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on h55. Any violation will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

• Using automated bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to gain an advantage in games.
